What is your MOQ?
It depends on the model: from 10 pieces for small pet villas to 50-100 pieces for dog houses, rabbit hutches and chicken coops. Mixed-container orders across models are welcome.
Can you customize size, color or packaging?
Yes — OEM/ODM is our core business. Send us your dimensions, paint or stain spec, hardware choices and printed retail packaging requirements; customization details and any cost impact are confirmed at quotation.
What are typical lead times?
Current models run 31-40 days for orders up to about 100-500 pieces. Fully custom programs are scheduled at quotation.
Do you provide samples?
Sample and prototype arrangements are available before mass production — tell us the model and destination and we will quote sample cost and courier time.
Which certifications do you have?
We work with FSC-certified chain-of-custody timber sourcing. Certificate copies and license codes are provided per order — send your market and product line and we confirm the exact scope.
Which markets do you ship to?
North America accounts for about 55% of our exports, followed by Western Europe and Australia / New Zealand. FOB and CIF terms both work.
